Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Cancellation and Withdrawal Right

Consumers may notify us that they wish to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

After notifying us of the cancellation, the products must be returned within the applicable return period.

Return Conditions

Products should be returned unused and, where applicable, with their original seal and packaging intact.

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products that are not suitable for return after opening may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once the seal has been broken, except where the product is faulty or your statutory rights provide otherwise.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact info@tktxofficial.net with your order number. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law. We may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Where required by applicable consumer law, standard outbound delivery charges will also be refunded. Additional costs resulting from a customer choosing a more expensive delivery option are not refundable where permitted by law.
